1. Acceptance

By accessing or using gtavicecity.lol (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Description of Service

The Site provides a browser-based interface for running a WebAssembly game engine. The engine is open-source software released under the MIT license. The Site may also serve game data files and allow users to upload their own game data files.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use any game data files you upload or access through this Site.
• You will not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• You will not attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the Site’s infrastructure.

4. Intellectual Property

The game engine source code is released under the MIT license. All trademarks, including “Grand Theft Auto,” “Vice City,” and related marks, are the property of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. This Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.

5. Game Data Files

Game data files (models, textures, audio, scripts) are copyrighted by their respective owners. When provided by the Site, such files are offered for personal, non-commercial use only. Users who upload their own files represent that they own or are licensed to use those files.

6. Data Storage

Game data and saves are stored locally in your browser via OPFS and IndexedDB. We do not have access to locally stored data. Clearing your browser data may delete your game progress.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits arising from your use of the Site.

9. Advertising

The Site may display advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
